MAC Smoke & Diamonds Starflash Eyeshadow Review

Where do I start with this ! First and foremost, it is my tied for my favorite mac shadow..(smoke & diamonds, naked lunch, satin taupe..all my favorites. cant ever decide!!) Smoke & Diamonds is a starflash, referring to its texture-starflash=creamy, blend able, frosty, and build able. It is the ultimate eyeshadow! Firstly, it can be worn several ways. All over lid color, crease color, lower lash line, upper lash line, or as a transition color. When paired under Benefit's skinny jeans crease less cream shadow, (the exact dupe of this color in a cream shadow by a different brand) it really brings out the reflex qualities it has. It is very blend able and very buildable. The shade its self is a very warm silvery grey. Its a grey version of satin taupe, yet the textures are very different. Unfortunately it is a limited edition, and released this summer with the other starflash shadows, so good luck finding it. If you do find it, I'd buy it. These type of collections are usually released once a year, so going a whole year with out this shadow might be rough. It is a part of my daily go to look.
Heres a few ways you can wear it.
Firstly, here is how i wear my eyeshadow on a daily basis, school look, work look, day look etc.
Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in Birthday Suit
MAC Naked Lunch all over lid
MAC Smoke & Diamonds on outer lid
MAC Shale on lower lash line
..not an eyeliner girl for anyone who was wondering where that was.
Look 2..
Smoke and Diamonds all over lid, a primer underneath of course.
Use a 239 for this to really get a good color pay off.
Look 3
Simple nude eye,
MAC Naked Lunch or Gleam all over lid
MAC Smoke & Diamonds on lower lash line..
Well. I hope this helped someone...haha
