Bare Minerals... Forgot how much I was in love with..

BARE MINERALS..Best make up on this earth.
So I'm assuming who ever is reading this has read the rest of my blogs, and saw I wear DIOR foundation. Well, I had enough of the pump, and went to MUFE Mat Velvet +..Well that was great, but I bought the lightest shade.. And started tanning the day after I bought it. (I have a dance coming up and I'm going to visit my boyfriend in two weeks-can't be pale...) Therefore, it was too drying, and WAY too light. So Im going to hold onto that for next winter..But since I've been tanning my skin is really nice. So I automatically think to summer..and remember BARE MINERALS! Bare minerals literally is the best foundation for the summer. It really allows the glow of the natural skin to show through. AND! The coverage is amazing. Im so excited to share with you all I'm color medium. Yes, I'm that tan. WOO HOO! I still use bronzer though.. I know I'm insane. But heres why you should buy BARE MINERALS!

Really allows the natural glow of the skin to show through, but has good coverage.
Feels amazing on the skin.
FAST & EASY!

Give this great foundation a try, I think I'll stick with bare minerals well through the summer..!!

Hope this helps, Morgan!

What I'm Loving Right Now!

Hey guys! Sorry I havent posted in a while, finals are kicking my ass...
Anyways! I wanted to share something I found thats really great..!!

Since my make up takes me less than 10 minutes, and even less for school...
I'm the ultimate master at getting ready start to finish super fast...

So heres what ive been doing to shorten my routine! From 10 minutes to 6 or 7!

After I wash my face I put on moisturizer and my eye lid primer, so while one dries, the other is being applied and I have no drying time! saving 1-2 minutes...

Foundation-applying over top not completely dried moisturizer, you use only a tiny bit and it blends and your skin really shows through!

For the eyes,  heres what I've been dying to tell you guys, I found TWO great new combos!!

ONE!

Primer
VEX-MAC all over eye lid
Shale-MAC in crease and lower lash line
Chammomile-MAC Limited Edition Warm & Cozy collection-high light

TWO! (fav!)

Primer
Satin Taupe-MAC all over eye lid-lower lash line!
Patina-MAC in crease
VEX- MAC above Patina with a 224 brush, lightly
Chammomile-MAC Limited Edition Warm & Cozy collection-high light

I never ever use eyeliner, I think it is too dramatic, and I like the soft smokey look...

Natural eye make up doesnt suit me in particular, but then again, if your wearing make up, its not natural so hey, whats wrong with a hot brown smokey eye at 9 am?! ;)

Hope that helps!

MAC Vex Eye Shadow! Review

MAC Vex! This is another MAC eye shadow, that is completely over looked. It is a frost finish, and is a dirty dishwater white, silver, grey, beige toned color. There is no word to describe it.  It is however, super important in my collection. It is multi-dimensional. It has several uses for it, yet probably scares 95% of the people who look at it. This eyeshadow is to die for!

Heres how I use it!

All over lid color, on its own this shadow has a beautiful sheen, and is dimensional enough to be used on its own.

A dark shimmery brown on the lid, patina or satin taupe, with vex in the crease. It picks up different tones, so it really brightens the eye when you have a dark lid.

This is a great transition color as well, naked lunch on the inner lid, vex on the middle lid, and smoke and diamonds, or black tide on the outer lid is super pretty!

Also, try vex on the lower lash line. It is stunning.

I hope this helped, I wish it could be longer, but time is of the essence right now, and there is no way to describe the color but to say YOU NEED IT. It blends so easy and is amazing.

Ralph Lauren Hot

So guys, I know its not make up, but I have to do a reveiw on this! This is my all time favorite perfume ever. It seriously smells hot. It is a warm, spicy vanilla, that is a mixture of maple syrup and coconut! It smells seriously amazing. It is kind of expensive, 60$ for a medium size bottle. Not as bad as my Burberry Classic, Weekend or Beat, or Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy but it is still not as cheap as Gwen Stefani's perfume or something along the lines of Victorias Secret. Now this perfume is really strong. I love it personally. It doens't give me a headache, and it is not a sweet perfume. It smells warm and comforting, like imagine being on a tropical island, and a perfume you'd wear for a night out at some trpoical dance club, or awesome restaurant..this would be that perfume. It is perfect for anyone who has a beachy feel to them, loves the smell of summer in a bottle, or just wants to smell amazing. As for a little extra ... guys think it smells amazing. fyi ;)

Benefit Boi-ing Industrial Concealer Review

Benefit Boi-ing Concealer ...! Another review. Haha.
Okay! So another one of those products I never wore until about a year ago. I havent ever worn concealer because I have really good skin for the most part. But the lack of sleep I get, this comes in handy. This concealer comes in three shades, 01, 02, 03.. 01-02 are great for fair to medium skin, 03 is a bit darker, but there is not a great color for WOC. This Concealer is a great multi-purpose concealer. It really does a great job covering blemishes, and the under eye area. It comes in a pot, like above, and you can use your finger or a brush. I think your finger is way better with these type of products because you warm up the product making it easier to blend. This makes it easier to apply because you don't get that "spot" of concealer. It is a great product, as are alot of Benefits. However it does start rather sheer, which I like because I dont like to wear alot of make up in general so I don't feel "fake" when wearing this. It really builds up though if you have a bad blemish. Also, it doesn't need to be set with a powder because it looks that good, but its always a good idea to!

A few tips when using concealer, and this concealer in general...

Always, foundation 1st, concealer 2nd.. ALWAYS
Set with a powder to get good staying power
Use fingers to apply, it makes it easier to apply.
Don't over apply, and don't go concealer crazy. Covering your whole face with it is dumb. Skip foundation and use concealer everywhere if your going to do that.
Concealer, Mascara, Lipgloss. Three main things to pulling of a wake up and go face.

5 stars for sure. Yay benefit. I love you!

MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural Review

MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural Review! The MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural, commonly called MSF, is a great powder that I personally think is worth checking out. It is NOT for everyone however. The MSF naturals come in a great range of colors that suit the fairest girls to the darkest! It is awesome. I wear the medium in the summer and light medium in the winter. Heres how I use my MSF Natural. I use my MAC 137...awesome brush...and swirl it around in the powder until I see it has coated both sides of my brush. When that happens, I use one side of the brush on one side of my face, and the other on the other side of my face. It really does a great job of setting my foundation and helping me get that great staying power I'm always trying to achieve. It also creates a way smoother base for my bronzer. Because of this powder, my bronzer looks much better. Now I personally have mostly dry skin, therefore this is great. It doesn't exactly control oil like some powders are designed to do, but this is not designed to do that. It also can look quite chalky in photos but I'm not a model, so I could care a less. I would say this powder is ideal for someone who is looking for a setting powder with some good color to it and a great base for your bronzer. It also can be worn as a foundation...with sheer to medium coverage, when used with a MAC 181, or 182- kabuki brush. Any kabuki brush will work. My perscriptives kabuki is ama-zing! Lastly, it seems to last a very long time. I use probably twice a day, and it took me over 6 months to run out of my first. I'm on to my second!! Something is really exciting about that and I don't know why?

Okay! Well!
I hope that helped.

Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow/Liner Review

Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in Tattle Tale
Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in Skinny Jeans

Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in RSVP

Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in Birthday Suit (my favorite!)
Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadows were my first and favorite eyeshadows for a really long time. They are available @ Sephora, Sephora.com and benefit stores, and I'm sure a ton of other places... Anyways! They make a great alternative to a primer on the eye because they prevent creasing. It is like an all in one eye shadow.
All at one time ! It..prevents creasing, brightens eyes, is an eyeshadow base, can be worn alone, when applied right it covers the eyelid and discoloration some people have...
I personally don't have see through eyelids like a lot of people, but having used it on a lot of people whose make-up I've done it truly covers a lot.
This eyeshadow is a great colored base as well. Since I usually wear a nude, warm brown eye-everyday...I constantly reach for Benefit's C.C.S in Birthday Suit. It is the perfect warm toned goldy, champagne, brown nude color ever. It is so unique. And with (all shadows mentioned are MAC) naked lunch, patina, satin taupe or alone it is so pretty! It is very shimmery though, which I don't mind because I don't use any shimmer on my face, all matte face products...
As for the other colors
Skinny Jeans is an exact duplicate for Smoke and Diamonds by MAC.
It is a beautiful color but this cream shadow is hard to wear alone... It is not opaque but covers better in some areas than others making it splotchy on its own. With a grey, black, silver, or green over it, this looks bomb.

RSVP - this was my first Benefit CCS and I used it until i hit pan, which did i mention, these last you FOREVER. Just close the lid tight and you'll have no issues with it drying up at all! They seriously will last you almost a year, if used everyday ... Such a great deal! Anyways, this champagne color was perfect for my skin tone, it looks great all year round, tan or not. Since i do get dark in the summer it looked just as pretty on my dark skin as it did on my porcelain skin.
I used to wear this day in day out- alone, applied with my pointer finger, and it was truly beautiful but now days I can't just stop at one shadow when I know I am capable of much more... When I need to get out of the house asap, I'll apply this with a bit of bronzer and mascara and more days than most its how I go to school.
Tattle Tale... Tattle Tale is a tough one for me to review, some days I love it and reach for it for a few days in a row, and don't use it for a month sometimes. It is a great highlighter for a night out, it can be sheer, like the rest, it is really build able. It can be built up to an extremely opaque white yellow cream color. It is awesome when your doing a light eye, it works amazing as a colored base. Other than that it isn't my favorite, I probably won't re buy, but its not a regret.
Pros:
There is a ton of product-will last forever
TRULY prevents creasing, and works as a base and primer
Great color bases
Brightens & Opens up the eye
easy finger application
really great for get up and go
Can be used as a liner (wouldn't recommend it but hey..go for it)
Cons:
If you aren't crazy about the color, you're stuck with a ton of it
It is a glass jar...be careful
